The Young Preachers Leadership Team is a group of students--college, university, seminary, and graduate school--who share a call to gospel preaching and have agreed to help launch the Academy of Preachers. They are drawn from the Charter Members of the Academy of Preachers (that is, from those who preached at the inaugural Festival of Young Preachers in January 2010) and represent 10 Christian traditions; they live in 9 states. They will help shape and publicize all the work of the Academy, especially the national Festival of Young Preachers, scheduled for January of 2011, Louisville KY.
